A little clarity before the celebration.
Each experience includes event-time operation with an attendant, setup and teardown, and a standard event design. Local travel, parking, venue requirements, extra staffing and any upgrades are reviewed in your final quote. The hours shown refer to guest-facing experience time.
Salsa Social is a digital-only photo booth. The experience offers digital photos, with GIFs, boomerangs and sharing options subject to the chosen software setup. Printed photos are not included.
Yes. DrawMeBot Sketch is a one-arm robot drawing in pen on physical cardstock. It is an attended live drawing experience. Portrait output depends on drawing detail and event flow; the portrait allowance will be confirmed in your quote. We do not promise unlimited portraits or a fixed speed.
Absolutely. The 2-hour bundles combine Salsa Social with 360 Spin, DrawMeBot Sketch, or both. Longer combinations use the individual hourly package rates shown in the estimate builder. Staffing, simultaneous operation, venue needs and final bundle inclusions are confirmed in your quote.
Yes. Add a telephone-style Audio Guestbook for $150 with any booth package. Guests can leave personal voice messages during your event. It is an add-on, not a standalone package. Availability, setup and recording delivery details are confirmed in your quote.
For weddings, 3 hours is our featured starting point; 2-hour options are also available. Regular corporate events use the same base experience rates. Branded activations, custom creative, special data or delivery requirements and other production needs receive a custom quote.
Snap Spot is focused on Portland-area celebrations. Tell us your venue or city so local travel, parking, load-in and any additional charges can be quoted for your event.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. The date field does not check availability. Email us to discuss your event; final availability, pricing and booking terms are confirmed in writing.
A 30% deposit, credited toward the agreed booking total, is required to reserve your date, subject to availability and written confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. This website does not collect payments. See Booking Terms below.
For cancellation 30 or more days before the event, payments are refunded except approved custom work and unrecoverable custom costs. At 14–29 days, the cancellation charge is capped at 30% of the agreed booking total; under 14 days, it is capped at 50%. Any charge is limited to actual net loss after savings and replacement bookings. Retained deposits count toward the charge, and excess payments are refunded. See Booking Terms below.
One reschedule is available with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability within 12 months of the original event date. See Booking Terms below.

An inquiry does not reserve a date. Booking requires availability, written confirmation, and a deposit of 30% of the agreed booking total. Your deposit is credited toward that total. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
This website does not collect payments. Your event details and booking arrangements are confirmed in writing.
In every case, any cancellation charge is limited to Snap Spot’s actual net loss after savings and replacement bookings are taken into account. Approved custom work and unrecoverable custom costs are counted only once within that loss; they are not added again on top of the applicable cancellation cap.
Any deposit or other payment retained counts toward the cancellation charge, not an additional fee. Payments above the applicable charge are refunded.
